Didn't get home from work until after 10pm, at which point I still had to fix dinner (and I hadn't even finished my lunch).  So it's all about feeding my face and getting to bed right now....

Food Log:
  • Meal 1: 
    • 3 egg whites
    • 30g dry cream of rice (cooked in water)
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Meal 2: 
    • 2% flavored Chobani Greek Yogurt
  • Meal 3: 
    • 3 oz chicken
  • Meal 4: 
    • 3 oz chicken
    • Green beans
    • 1c cooked rice
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Meal 5: 
    • 0% flavored Chobani Greek Yogurt
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
Exercise:
Time:  60 minutes on elliptical
Level:  Level 1 the entire time - hamstrings were feeling tight
Avg HR:  140
Max HR:  151
Calories:  600+

Weigh-In:  148.6 / 147.0
